We are assisting one of our business partners, a leading global IT group in SaaS and ERP/BI solutions delivery, currently in an exciting growth phase, to secure a new IT Project Manager.

Ideally, you will also have strong client Account Manager skills and business acumen for this challenging new role in their USA team, to be based in and around the Charlotte, NC region.

Your tasks for this diverse role include:

  • Meeting with customers on-premise, starting with 2-3 initial accounts given to you
  • Liaise with Customers, to clearly understand Customers issues and tasks at hand
  • Writing technical specifications based on Customer requirements and writing quotations based on the specification(s)
  • Managing IT project delivery in integrated ERP solutions / Business Intelligence (BI) software
  • Work collaboratively with the key Company stakeholders, including the Product Sponsor, Mobility Product Manager, Architect, Application Manager and others, on scope, design and schedule
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues as they arise in an efficient and effective manner

For this career-building opportunity, you will have:

  • 10 -15 years’ experience as an IT/technical Project Manager, with strong client-facing Account Manager experience
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in SaaS and/or integrated ERP solutions / Business Intelligence (BI) software
  • Experience working in one or more organisations that deliver Asset Management Software solutions to your customers in the Hire & Rental sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisation / time management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with project stakeholders at all levels
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Team player skills

Desirable:

  • Agile framework experience
  • Accounting knowledge
  • IT degree(s) e.g. Bachelor of IT, B.Com, MBA
  • Relevant IT certification(s) e.g. Prince2, PMBOK, ITIL Foundation v.3

Salary: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 /hour
