We are looking for a passionate and seasoned head of product which will join our team and lead our disrupting product in both B2B and B2C channels.

About the role:
- Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning through to operational and technology development to product marketing and roll-out

- Lead the vision and strategy for our new product in various segments and markets
- Develop roadmaps, user stories, scenarios, and product backlogs
- Partner with design, engineering, and insights peer to create a healthy team culture of happy and productive folks who understand the strategy and execute fast.
- Leverage customer feedback to inform continuous product improvement and innovation to guide product-market fit
- Partner with the marketing team to develop product metrics and A/B testing framework to test new features & hypotheses for engagement and product interaction
- Lead user testing to gather feedback and suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
- Facilitate research to identify customer needs and market gaps and analyze competition
Desired Skills and experience:
- At least 5 years experience as a B2C Product Manager (MUST)
- Advantage: 3+ years of experience in B2C travel sector
- Solid experience with A/B testing methodologies with significant hands-on experience running experiments.
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up oneâs sleeves to get the job
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent teamwork skills
