    Expectations

    This person would work directly inside our home office in downtown Birmingham, AL and assist qualified candidates through a 30-90 day franchise development process. The position requires approximately 10% travel; primarily including tradeshows and conferences.

    Qualifications

    • Be organized, professional and responsive
    • Willing to travel at least 10% of the year; including some air travel
    • Live and work in the Birmingham, AL market
    • Understand basic economics of a small business
    • Great communication skills
    • Hard-charging personality
    • Positive energy
    • 40 hour work week, Monday – Friday mostly
    • Understand the franchise industry and its regulations
    • Enjoy the sales process with a franchise candidate
    • Communicate clearly with franchise candidates and franchise consultants
    • Build relationships with our franchise consultant networks
    • Promote the Two Maids & A Mop brand
