CLMBR (A Denver based fitness equipment start-up) is looking for a financially savvy COO to head its operations
CLMBR is a seed funded start-up in the connected fitness space, founded and led by an entrepreneur who exited his last business for nearly 9 figures. The Company has developed fitness equipment and integrated technology that provides a workout that burns double the calories per minute of spin while activating more muscle groups than any other piece of equipment, all while minimizing impact on bones and joints. CLMBR currently has six employees, all based out of brand-new office space in one of the most desirable areas of Denver, Colorado.
The Company is currently led by the CEO and CTO/CDO and we are looking for a COO to work with the team, focusing on streamlining and managing the Company’s international supply chain, logistics from supplier to consumer, assist the VP Sales in managing sales execution, create and hold the organization accountable to relevant financial and manufacturing metrics, help develop and execute the Company’s channel strategy and be front and center with current Company investors as well as working with the CEO and Directors to lead the Company’s Series A, which we anticipate in the latter part of 2020 . We are looking for an excellent operator, with proven experience in leading and scaling teams and team leaders, with experience in manufacturing/supply chain, logistics and sales and partnerships, ideally in the consumer electronics or other consumer durable industry.

Primary areas of responsibility include:
Streamline and Scale International Supply Chain – work closely with our CTO and third-party partners to drive efficiencies and maintain/accelerate timelines with our Asia-based suppliers
Scale U.S. Logistics – work closely with our director of sales to oversee the performance of the field sales reps, build training materials, strategize incentive programs and new territories to expand to
Grow distribution channels – work with our B2B partners to increase sales, negotiate contracts and pricing, and create special promotion programs to increase product lines performance
Develop and Implement Customer Service/Maintenance Program – excelling at solving consumers or businesses’ technical or other problems with our machine as quickly as possible so that everyone’s experience with CLMBR is outstanding
Strategize the next line of products – incorporate feedback and insights from our customers and sales teams, feeding them into the work of the R&D team and new product line development.
Fundraising and Investor Relations – work with our CEO and a Director to manage seed investor relationships and help prepare and execute a successful Series A in late 2020.

- An excellent operator with proven experience leading and scaling teams
- 5+ years of experience in executive operations and/or manufacturing/supply chain leadership positions
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams and team leaders; you need to be able to motivate and inspire people around our goals
- Experience in finance and sales a big plus
- Experience in consumer durables goods—such as exercise equipment or consumer electronics, is a big plus.
- Highly self motivated, enjoys fast paced environment.
- QuickBooks Financials, Bookkeeping skills, partner with external CPA.

Salary: $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year
