S&K Logistics Services, LLC, is seeking to hire a Finance Manager in Davie, FL. This position requires Aerospace experience and Quantum (Component control) knowledge. The Finance Manager will manage and direct financial efforts associated with sustainment/support of foreign military customers, the Army Repair & Return contract, DOE services, and SKLS general contracts . Monitor, manage, and report obligations and costs by funding source and provide controls to ensure obligations and costs do not exceed funding levels. Ensure requirements are budgeted, implemented, analyzed and programmed as required to ensure timely program execution. Monitor obligation documents for accuracy and notify appropriate personnel when corrections are required. Provide daily direction and guidance to financial analyst for execution of duties to ensure program standards are maintained.
Current driversâ license, proof of U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain security clearance enabling access to various government facilities is required.
This job will have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations on financial procedures and documents.
Organize, maintain and electronically track all financial related documents.
Monitor transaction compliance on all milestones, deliverables, invoicing, etc.
Provide cost analysis support on future customer efforts.
Establish and update procedures based on practical experience to improve the financial process and increase customer support.
Reconcile commitment and obligation documents to ensure proper reporting of FMS case obligations.
Monitor expenditures and obligations through continued dialogue with program managers, review of written documents and examination of accounting records.
Prepare detailed financial reports and collect/analyze information in preparation of briefings or presentations to managers, customers and government agencies.
Establish and maintain financial files to meet contract requirements and document all actions according to internal procedures and policies.
Provide leadership and guidance to subordinates; evaluate personnel and initiate improvement or corrective measures as necessary to promote development and success.
Travel in accordance with contract requirements.
Provide administrative support and data as requested in support of the Quality Management System.
Must perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field with ten (10) years experience in financial management and five (5) years supervisory experience. Aerospace experience and Quantum (Component control) knowledge required.
Experience working with U.S. Air Force, Army or government finance processes is desired. Foreign Military Sales experience and Cost Point (Deltek) experience preferred.
