Brazils Waxing Center in Tallaassee, FL is now Hiring for a Facility Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated candidate to manage the daily operations for a busy and growing waxing center. Established in 2011, Brazils is the go-to salon for waxing needs in Tallahassee. As the Facility Manager, the candidate will be responsible for; maintaining a healthy and positive team environment, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, managing staff/team members and working directly with the Area Manager to cultivate success in all areas of operation and performance.

Primary Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Customer Service is a top priority!
  • Hire new staff, working directly with the Area Manager.
  • Determine staffing needs.
  • Set team member goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate team members to maximize potential.
  • Monitor staff performance.
  • The delegation of tasks to obtain specific objectives.
  • Allocate use of available resources.
  • Monitor and help to increase sales revenue, in services and retail.
  • Promotion of current marketing specials.
  • Administration
  • Tracking and reviewing client retention.
  • Timely responses to customer reviews/input.
  • Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress, and activity levels
  • Responsible for the achievement of productivity and quality goals, for the entire team.

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years Customer Service Management preferred.
  • Previous management of 10+ employees
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of human resource management principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications.
