    Bricktown Management is a company in Omaha that currently owns and manages over 330 apartment units looking to expand to over 1000 by the end of 2020.

    This is a unique position for a person with a unique skill set, some of which are not apparent in degrees or resumes. Best suited will be a candidate who is interested in real estate and has a high degree of initiative and an ability to complete assignments timely without follow up. The position will be supporting a high producing and fast-paced business owner with administrative and personal tasks including but not limited to:

    -Basic bookkeeping

    -Opening and managing inbound mail

    -Managing email

    -Managing calendar/scheduling meetings

    -Looking over documents such as purchase agreements, leases, etc

    -Helping to recruit and hire new employees or contractors

    -Running errands

    -Booking travel

    -Other property management tasks

    -Other administrative tasks

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    – Ability to self-manage and complete assignments timely.

    – Adept and proficient in standard computer and electronic communications practices

    – Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required. Capacity to learn industry-related programs and internet resources/tools used in daily operations and research readily is welcomed.

    – Requires strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    – The ability to maintain an approachable, friendly demeanor and work positively under competing priorities and demands in a fast-paced, often hectic, environment is a must.

    – Reliable and punctual

    – Must have a personal vehicle

    – Ability and willingness to work odd hours if necessary

    There will be an opportunity to work from home, but it needs to be someone local to handle the inbound physical mail and run errands.

    Salary: $15.00 to $35.00 /hour
