A fast growing restaurant group is looking for a district manager with background in managing fast food restaurants!! The job responsibilities are including and not limited to following:
- Responsible for overall performance of all the locations in Colorado
- Reports to the corporation daily and as needed basis for any performance gaps.
- Follow all food industry standards.
- Food handling and Serve safe supervisor certification required
- Able to hire and train various positions for the company e.g Managers, assistant managers, shift leaders and crew members
- Travel to all different locations to assess the standards and report the results to the leadership
- Responsible to sustain and improve quality and cleanliness standards for all stores
- Reliable transportation required
- Able to fill the gaps in operations with whatever role is needed
- Responsible for monitoring financial status for all stores
- Handle cash management and follow all POS guidelines
Once hired, the training will be provided to gain understanding of our restaurant concept.
Strong leadership and management experience required!
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $42,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
