TForce Final Mile is a leading provider of transportation and logistics services in North America. Our rapid growth has positioned us to expand our management team and we are now looking to interview candidates to add to our workforce.
Our opportunity is for a two-fold position. We are looking for a Dispatch Mananger/ Driver to lead a team of independent contractor delivery drivers in Malvern and Audubon, PA.
Independent Contractor drivers provide delivery services for Walgreen’s and CVS Pharmacies.
This opportunity is for a candidate who has availability not only to earn in a Dispatch Manager role, but also as an independent contractor delivery driver
Day to Day Activities may Include but is Not Limited to the Following:
- Delivery, dispatch, recruiting/staffing, driver relations and customer service.
- Ensuring/delivering accurate and timely service to local area customers
- Maintaining accurate operating and financial system information and reporting
* Contractor weekly payroll
- Policy and practice compliance including best practice
* Manage an overnight Lead Driver/Dispatcher
* Daily Reporting of previous day’s delivery activities related to any “business un-usual”
Qualifications:
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize with guidance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of strong interpersonal skills and relationship building
- Prior transportation experience and experience managing others is Preferred, but not required.
Additional requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Android technology
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated
