General Summary

  • Develops, plans, manages, implements and analyzes a complex annual calendar of events to market the hospital and system fundraising goals and employee events as agreed upon by the Senior Vice President of Development.
  • Provides turn-key event planning services for development, and manages select major hospital events.
  • Serves as primary system resources for general event planning issues and approvals, protocol, administrative polices and federal regulations related to events.


What You Need to Be Successful:


Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field is required.

2. Five years of progressive experience in university or academic medical center events programs is required.

3. Experience and high degree of creativity and excellence in event planning.
