This position requires solid and progressive human resources experience at the management level, especially around payroll and benefits. Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the corporate payroll, review and revise payroll policies and procedures and internal controls, drive continuous improvement throughout the payroll process.
- Create an engaging environment for all employees through constructive coaching
- Responsible for the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization’s benefits programs; direct and plan the day-to-day operations of group benefit programs and manage vendor contracts as needed
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing employee benefits plans and programs, guidelines and procedures.
- Serve as first point of contact for all headquarters’ employees for all HR related queries; support onboarding processes and procedures
- Reviewing and renewing company policies
- Drive continuous improvement throughout talent development and culture fostering programs
Requirements:
- Must have previous payroll and benefits experience
- Proven track record of inspirational and motivating leadership
- Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
- Ability to drive positive and effective change
- Knowledge of human resources compliance and regulations
