    Respected and growing manufacturing company seeking a dynamic, energetic, service-oriented Benefits Director to join their team. This position requires solid and progressive human resources experience at the management level, especially around payroll and benefits. Ideal person is a proven leader and has a passion for culture improvement.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage the corporate payroll, review and revise payroll policies and procedures and internal controls, drive continuous improvement throughout the payroll process.
    • Create an engaging environment for all employees through constructive coaching
    • Responsible for the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization’s benefits programs; direct and plan the day-to-day operations of group benefit programs and manage vendor contracts as needed
    • Monitor the effectiveness of existing employee benefits plans and programs, guidelines and procedures.
    • Serve as first point of contact for all headquarters’ employees for all HR related queries; support onboarding processes and procedures
    • Reviewing and renewing company policies
    • Drive continuous improvement throughout talent development and culture fostering programs

    Requirements:

    • Must have previous payroll and benefits experience
    • Proven track record of inspirational and motivating leadership
    • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
    • Ability to drive positive and effective change
    • Knowledge of human resources compliance and regulations
