Essential Job Functions:

-Adheres to applicable federal, state, local, and agency guidelines, policies, and regulations including but not limited to DOH regulations, —–CACFP guidelines, and Head Start Performance Standards -Prepares daily mealtime setups for family style service -Assists with portioning food for family style service -Maintains awareness of special dietary needs -Helps to maintain standards of safety and sanitation in food preparation and storage areas -Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene -Attends meetings and training related to job responsibilities -Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment concerning the sharing of information -Performs other duties as assigned by cook or supervisor
