The MacIntosh Company is currently looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing and Admissions that is up for the excitement of filling a care community that offers a full continuum of care services at our Canal Winchester Care Center facility.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates best practices research, benchmark assessments, and solutions related to people, process, systems, and infrastructure to enhance or improve the organization’s assets, products, and services.
- Participates in the development and works in alignment with The MacIntosh Company Strategic Plan.
- Analyzes the overall company’s current product offerings, trends, target market, competition, current financial condition and external forces
- Determines the market objectives based on specific business needs.
- Designs, implements and facilitates annual marketing plan for company.
- Develops and leads sales programming with focus on the company’s unique selling points and strategic plan.
- Determines most optimal new target markets in alignment with company strategic plan.
- Manages admissions process.
- Facilitate admissions team performance through training, monitoring and rewarding
- Market center through perspective patient and family tours
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure quality care and continuity.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of MacIntosh’s products and services, the market and competition
- Assure completion and accuracy of necessary admissions paperwork, reports and data tracking in a timely manner
- Model customer service principals throughout the center and promotes appreciation of our customer needs with all employees.
- Establishes realistic expectations for service levels with families, patients and referral sources
- Maintains an educated understanding of all payer sources and their impact on revenue
- Effectively networks to maintain relationships with past families, guests, patients and referral sources to solicit new business.
- Evaluates current Marketing programs and services and work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new, scalable programs to support effectiveness across the organization.
Qualifications Required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related long term care experience.
Experience
- Two years in marketing or related field in health care industry preferred.
