Role and Responsibilities
- Internally support the development of strategic initiatives, including detailing potential problems, organizing cross-functional teams, and proposing and managing timely analysis with predetermined milestones. Ultimately, will help lead the development of well-supported solutions with specific, implementable recommendations that drive significant, positive change within the partner group.
- Responsibility for all areas of customer satisfaction as it relates to overall project implementation and if necessary, provides resolution to all issues surrounding products and services. The Operations Manager will establish strong, long-lasting, consultative relationships with all areas and proactively look for ways to extend the client relationship.
- The Operations Manager will be an integral part of driving profitability and identifying adjacent business lines for continued revenue growth. Strategic and outside the box thinking is necessary to further the profitability.
- The Operations Manager will interface with key personnel across the entire company on a regular basis. In addition, the Operations Manager will interact with business unit and functional leaders, including Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, IT, etc.
Experience, Qualifications, and Education
- Minimum of 5-7 years of broadly based, progressive managed care experience with responsibility and supervision.
- The ability to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis.
- Proven capability conducting and managing quantitative portfolio and growth analysis.
- A history of work in the healthcare industry and an ongoing desire to make one of the worldâs strongest healthcare companies even stronger.
- The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.
- The right candidate will possess a Bachelors degree. An advanced degree is preferred.
