This professional position is for our Commercial Plumbing Division.*
At this time, ONLY Applicants with minimum of 20 years Commercial Plumbing experience who can read and interpret Commercial Plumbing plans/blueprints, execute material takeoffs, order materials and proficient in MS Office will be considered. Emphasis on Excel

The Candidate must be competent, confident, and career minded individual with outstanding work ethics for this Commercial Plumbing Project Manager position who is well versed in ALL aspects of Commercial Plumbing along with same level of Commercial Project Management experience.
Our company has many jobs in progress so it is important to know that the candidate will be expected to obtain a quick, but thorough understanding of our work in progress. To be perfectly clear, the candidate needs to have both feet in and ready to hit the ground running!!*This should come easy for a well seasoned Commercial Plumbing Professional.
Candidate must have strong follow up and follow through skills in all areas of Commercial Plumbing from start to finish of a commercial project of any size.
- Must hold extraordinary knowledge in reading blueprints.
- Ability to always look ahead to stay on task with working with the men in the field as well as side by side with owners & the office staff
- Unshaken confidence in yourself to Keep out ahead of a job (s)
- Absolute confidence and ability to recognize ALL changes from the original scope of work.
- Must have the ability and knowledge to see and initiate a change order
- Follow up and follow through from the RFI, to the writing of the change order if outcome is indeed a change order.
- Absolute without a doubt, you must have the ability to be lightning fast with obtaining written approval and the execution of the proper signatures for ALL change orders.
- On top of your game at all times with the ability to work very well with others.
This position calls for a person who can multi-task and will be “laser focused” at the same time.

Candidate must have working knowledge of plumbing systems, plumbing code, understand job schedules, job costing, budgets to assist in bringing the job in on time under budget / on budget able to perform take offs and have equal various computer skills listed
Candidate Must be able to work with vendors to obtain the correct materials in an on time/ timely fashion either on or under budget
Assist with the budget by the use of blueprints and or submittals.
Hold a strong desire to become one of the high regarded contributors to the overall success of the company.
The Candidate will be working closely with Customers, President, Fellow Estimator, Field Team and Office Staff so excellent and superb communication skills are a must.
- Candidate must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and If you know Excel, the Construction software such as Timberline and/or Sage 100 Contractors will be an easy learn. Knowing either of these programs is a + + + + + + * The candidate will be expected to master the current construction software for ordering of materials, job costing, budgets we have in place. The adapting to our construction Software should be very easy for a person who has the experience in commercial plumbing and knows job costing, budgeting, excel and other required software applications listed in this job ad.
- Once again, Applicants must have at least -20 plus years of experience in commercial and industrial plumbing.
- Salary is based on experience and history in the construction industry along with strong references.
- Must be presentable, well spoken, and considered a professional with the ability to interact with owners, customers and co-workers
