Leads administrative efforts in the areas of financial management, accounting, contract administration, automated reporting systems, human resources, risk management, and logistics (consisting of purchasing, property management and courier services). Manages subcontracts, fringe benefit programs, union collective bargaining agreements, negotiations, and grievances, company insurance programs, and contract cost reports. Works closely Program Manager, department managers, and Government contract management personnel. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to Contracting Officer and Contracting Officerâs Representative, and other Aberdeen Test Center and Resource Management officials.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs of Science in Accounting or related business discipline and at least 5 years prior experience in a Government services business environment is required.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and other standard MS Office Systems.
- Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
