Currently seeking candidates for Assistant Director of Nursing. This is a full time, exempt, day shift position with benefits. Applicant must be available to cover all shifts as needed on an on-call bases. The ideal candidate should hold a Registered Nurse license and have working knowledge of the administrative duties and responsibilities of a Assistant Director of Nursing role.
As a supervisory leader, this position requires strong communication skills and the ability to be a leader to staff by setting excellent role model examples and expectations. Candidate must provide excellent quality service with a caring attitude while following all corporate, state, and federal compliance guidelines. Applicant must be detail oriented and thoroughly document and maintain patient care according to established protocols. Candidate will be responsible in assisting with the hiring process of staff and maintain scheduling.
This position requires daily interaction with patients, families, and staff to ensure we maintain a pleasant environment at all times.
