Job Responsibilities:

Downtown Hartford based architecture firm, Crosskey Architects, is seeking a job captain/project manager with 3-5 years of architecture experience. Responsibilities include project management from schematic design through construction administration with emphasis on construction documentation, managing a team of 2-4 individuals, project coordination with consultants and sub-consultants and interfacing with clients. Candidates should be self-starters looking to be challanged, able to manage multiple projects, interested in continual growth opportunities, and willing to mentor those under their management. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, BArch and/or MArch with minimum 3 years of experience working in an architecture firm required. Experience with historic preservation and multi-family housing project types a plus.
