Sagebrush Treatment Center is seeking a full-time Admissions Manager to join our team and be responsible for the operational processes of admissions in order to ensure client’s experience a smooth transition into treatment. The Admissions Manager is responsible for ensuring quality care and excellent customer service are provided to clients, families and referral sources. S/he answers phone calls, emails, and web inquiries in a timely manner to provide information about our programs and services to clients and families, as well as directs scheduling with regard to initial assessments, insurance verification and explanation. Other responsibilities include coordination with clinicians and staff to conduct pre-assessment telephone screens, mobile assessments or onsite assessments, and works in conjunction with clinical and medical staff to ensure clients are appropriate for the treatment setting at Sagebrush.

The successful candidate will have strong relationship and customer service skills, at least 5 years of experience working in behavioral health, mental health or substance abuse treatment industry, and progressive management and leadership experience. Other minimum education/ experience qualifications include:

1. Bachelor’s degree required with strong preference for a background in psychology, outreach, sales or clinical background.

2. Familiar with the Company’s holistic philosophy, treatment approach and a variety of the Company’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

3. If in recovery, 5 years continuous sobriety preferred.
