The Role:
The Vice President – Product Management is responsible for the long term strategy of the Plusgrade products. This includes: leading strategy, product management, planning, and portfolio management for the product suite, as well as supporting other strategic initiatives. The role involves leading and developing Product Managers responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and long term business plan, and working closely with engineering, commercial, product marketing and support to ensure revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the product strategy

Drive innovation and growth

Collaborate across the organization to establish strategic priorities for the business

Lead the process for driving product portfolio investment decisions in support of the strategy (portfolio management, roadmaps, etc.)

Represent Plusgrade business internally and externally

Partner with the Engineering organization on technology transformation initiatives

Support strategic partner negotiations and management
