Responsibilities
Position Summary:
This role is dedicated to providing physician leadership to partner with enterprise stakeholders across disciplines to drive achievement of CommonSpirit Healthas vision to build healthy communities, advocate for those who are poor an vulnerable, and innovate how and where healing can happen. This leader will serve as one of the four senior executives on the Physician Enterprise Population Health team, reporting to the System SVP for Population Health.
Principle Duties and Accountabilities:
- Work closely with multidisciplinary partners to implement a comprehensive Social Determinants of Health Strategy.
- Establish an Enterprise Population Health roadmap for driving meaningful, measurable health improvement.
- Develop strategy for evaluating and establishing return-on-investment under value based payment for population and community health programs.
- Serve as a primary leader the CommonSpirit Health Transformative Strategy for Vulnerable Populations.
- Foster a culture of data-driven improvement, humility, humanity, and kindness for the team.
- Represent CommonSpirit Health in national policy venues and contribute to the published literature of health system leadership in healthcare reform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor or Advanced Clinical/Professional degree with RN/PhD preferred, or a combination of education and experience.

Ten or more (10+) years of related work experience
- TheA Ideal candidate has a background in public health, policy and research combined with a track record of moving initiatives forward in a large corporate setting
- In depth expertise in Population Health and multi-disciplinary collaboration in HealthCare and other community stake holders
- Strong acumen with policy, exceptional oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- License to practice medicine (MD) or osteopathic medicine (DO) in any state, board-certified or board-eligible in a recognized medical specialty.
