Reporting to the CHRO, the Director of Talent Acquisition will create unique talent acquisition strategies to ensure we source, attract, and hire candidates to meet and exceed recruitment objectives. The successful candidate will streamline the recruitment process, increase recruiting efficiency and build brand awareness through a metrics driven and performance approach and ensuring the organization has best in class recruitment processes and tools.
Work with various stakeholders to analyze business goals, identify talent needs/or gaps to develop across the organization, and implement strategies to find the right talent against current and future workforce planning strategies and competing priorities

Duties

  • Develop and manage the full cycle recruitment strategy and process for the company
  • Implement and manage talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies and programs
  • Develop and deliver recruitment, sourcing, outreach, and engagement strategies to attract people
  • Drive and design brand messaging/awareness in attracting candidates
  • Collect feedback on the process and work to improve the experience for candidates and improve the quality of candidates to build a robust pipeline of candidates
  • Influence sourcing strategies through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, events and vendor relationships
  • Be a creative thinker tasked with building innovative programs from the ground up in highly competitive markets and/or regions with low awareness of the TAK brand
  • Create best practice strategies and unification on processes around recruiting, interviewing, selection, placement, and onboarding.
  • Implement a metrics-based approach to ensure the company hiring plan is achieved efficiently, using benchmarks for planning and evaluating success, and taking a data driven approach to quickly identify and solve pain points.
  • Proactively take the lead on sourcing and recruitment of senior level positions

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of work experience and education and 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with high-volume blue-collar workforce.
  • The successful candidate will have an affinity for applicant engagement technologies, experience implementing new strategies and approaches to talent acquisition, and have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience partnering with business leaders to build workforce planning and development strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing a metrics-driven, consultative service-oriented recruiting strategy for a growing organization
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing and recruiting platforms/tools, and employer brand best practice
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team oriented. Strong partnership abilities, relationship building and influencing skills – with senior business leaders, strategic partners and HR community

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
