Solar Project Manager

We are in search of a Solar Project Manager that can confidently guide customers to complete their progressing solar project.

We are looking for someone organizational, process oriented, and a basic understanding of the solar installation process.

You must efficiently manage multiple accounts and schedules in different locations.

You will have software tools to help you manage your workload, but it is up to you to make the right decisions to increase our efficiency and reduce pipeline backups.

The right candidate will always strive to make positive impacts in our installation process and think outside the box to improve our efficiency.

While working you will be expected to represent the company with professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities of the Solar Project Manager:

• Communicating through phone, email, and text with multiple customer accounts from start to finish.
• Build customer solar proposals quickly and accurately.
• Develop a working knowledge of the industry and our solar process to effectively guide and teach customers.
• Training new Solar Specialist to reach company goals and efficiencies.
• Make data-driven decisions to solve problems
• Set appointments and keep commitments with sales reps and customers
• Work with company business partners to keep customers up to date on their project.
• Directing scheduling changes for several solar offices nationwide.
• Demonstrate total ownership for the installation process no matter outside parties.
• Communicate with local sales managers and technicians to successfully complete a solar installation.
• Track all work performed through our company CRM, Call App, and Scheduling Tool
• Contribute to a team and expand your knowledge for future company opportunity and software iterations.
