    Do you have the sauce to be the boss? If you answered yes, being a General Manager for Raising Cane’s is the place for you!

    As a General Manager, you will be the source of the Raising Cane’s culture for your restaurant. Responsible for delivering revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing restaurant service; managing staff. You will also work closely with your community, building relationships and partnerships with local people and businesses, which is both fulfilling and fun. Your business acumen will also help you grow sales and profits.

    Requirements:

    • 18 years of age or older
    • 5 years of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisor experience preferred
    • 2 years of management experience preferred
    • A degree in Business and/or Business Management preferred
    • Experience with marketing, analyzing profit and loss, and managing financial performance
    • Proficiency in a variety of technology systems (especially Microsoft Office)
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • May be required to kneel, bend, stoop, ascend or descend stairs, or reach and grasp objects
