We have an exciting opportunity due to expansion as a Regional Sales Director supporting new business development for FoodWorks in the Southern California and Arizona market. This professional top performer will be an uber organized, self-starter who is able to work independently. This position will focus exclusively on “new business” development in the Corporate Services sector as an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business revenue in the assigned territory and consistently exceed sales quotas
  • Develop winning sales proposals and respond to complex RFP’s
  • Identify necessary support resources to successfully close new business
  • Manage multiple opportunities at different stages in the sales process
  • Communicate effectively across the organization both horizontally and vertically


Qualifications:

  • Proven Success in a B2B sales role
  • Client centric and able to build relationships and trust through a consultative approach
  • Self-motivated and inspired to produce results
  • High energy with a positive attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with CRM database management system
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
