Description: CCI Systems, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager with a proven record for overseeing all activities assigned to a project including, but not limited to, management of project supervisors, project staffing, project planning, communication, coordination, execution and completion, in accordance with company policies and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of a project by defining and maintaining project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements.
- Communicate, implement, and manage the project scope, changes, goals, and deliverables to the team.
- Deliver frequent and highly detailed in-person and written communication with customers and internal stakeholders on project status, both regularly and on demand.
- Fully and independently manage project budget, resources, and timelines, while also managing workflow between, internal design staff and customer contacts.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to Project Supervisors, Coordinators, and direct reports.
- Ensure a projects production and quality, as well as key performance indicators (SLA, Invoicing, Quality, GP, and Schedule), are being met and are adhered to.
- Effectively prioritize and drive the accomplishment of tasks in a high-pressure environment, with the ability to take direction and work within timelines.
- Current understanding or ability to quickly learn CATV coax and fiber optic design specifics.
- Be of support to all design teams and managers to resolve various issues or inconsistencies, including supporting projects that utilize different software platforms, LOBâs, and deliverables.
- Be willing to learn new product lines and technologies to serve the departmental needs and goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associateâs degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
- 3-5 years of project management and/or supervisory experience â career emphasis in telecommunications and/or design will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of ISP/OSP design desired.
- The uses of analytical and observational skills, which demonstrate the ability to: plan projects, review and recommend technical specifications, coordinate staffing needs, communicate effectively, and manage all aspects of a project.
- Strong skills in: management, financials, data analysis, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain cooperation from upper management, customers, direct reports and other departments.
- Occasional travel to meet with customers and/or to the Corporate office as necessary.
Time Requirement:
- The Project Manager position is full-time at 40 hours per week. Shift TBD.
- Must be dependable, and able to work outside of scheduled shift with varying hours when required.
