***Our Client in Boston is looking for a program director to join their team. Must have Masters degree and LICSW, LMHC, LMFT license, must have experience with budget management, must have supervisory experience***
Responsibilities
- Assess, develop and implement program services appropriate to the needs of clients.
- Coordinate and integrate these services and plan and improve services according to the needs of the clients and families.
- Interact with appropriate agency personnel.
- Act as a liaison to providers and community resources.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the annual operating budget for the program.
- Monitor performance against approved budget allocations, investigate variances and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee the intake and discharge process and ensure all appropriate paperwork is completed and delivered in a timely, efficient manner.
- Maintain program census and ensure the program is following relevant agency guidelines.
- Oversee risk management and participate in crisis resolution.
- Review, approve and process critical incident reports to Quality Assurance and appropriate staff.
- Develop and prepare various reports as required, such as program updates and share appropriate feedback with staff.
- Provide information on program goals and objectives, treatment plans, resources and other pertinent information to appropriate collaterals as needed.
Qualifications
- Independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) is required.
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Human Services and/or Education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising within the CBHI system.
- Effective leadership skills working across differences.
- Experience managing budgets.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 to $74,000.00 /hour
