The Merchandising/Marketing Manager manages the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long-term marketing strategy for the company.
Responsibilities:
· Manages all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
· Develops the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and sales targets.
· Coordinates marketing campaigns with sales activities.
· Oversees the company’s marketing budget.
· Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans including maintenance of company website and product catalog.
· Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
· Manages sample board production team
· Responsible for consistent sample board production that follows the company planogram
· Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity including social media
· Prepares marketing campaigns.
· Monitors and reports on effectiveness of marketing communications.
· Works closely with design agencies and assists with new product launches.
· Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
· Analyzes potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
· Knowledgeable on current color trends
· Analyzes sales to efficiently market products and company
· Responsible for social media strategy & content
Requirements:

· Qualifying B2B marketing experience
