Duties:
- Creation of digital-first marketing plans from soup to nuts, including overseeing digital media recommendations, budget reccos, and KPIs to hold all strategy work accountable
- Development of brand strategies in support of client business goals, and the subsequent tactics to activate those strategies. Assignments can range from growing well-established brands to building entirely new brands. Examples:

- Brand purpose discovery
- Consumer research & competitive audits
- Audience segmentation
- Brand architecture & positioning
- Messaging strategy development
- Collaboration internal teams to drive execution
- Creation and execution of comprehensive social media strategies, including:

- Social Media audits
- Recommendations for content and positioning across channels
- Recommended social ad budgets
- Implementing paid social strategies across channels, including monitoring and optimizing social campaigns
- Creation of content themes and calendars
- Trends reporting and thought leadership across client industries, and within marketing and advertising
- Relationship management with senior level client partners
- Client outreach and communication management
Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning
- Demonstrated experience in brand building, brand management or equivalent
- Ability to straddle the line between client advocate and internal team lead
- Social Media black belt – must be an expert user of organic social media AND social ad platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and the up-and-comers, too
- Strong organization skills
- Basic understanding of digital and e-commerce technology and terminology
- Solid understanding of goals and tactics to drive awareness and sales for various types of brands
