ABOUT THE POSITION
The Software Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple concurrent software implementation projects for our legal clients. The Project Manager will coordinate all facets of the software implementation project â from ordering software, to scheduling our team resources, liaison with stakeholders, running project status meetings, maintaining agendas, managing risks and ensuring that all applicable project milestones are met and tasks are completed on time and within budget. Communication is the key element to this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create project plans
- Oversee project plans, monitoring and adapting as needed
- Maintain project objectives
- Monitor production and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards
- Identify and resolve issues and risks
- Report on project progress, offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
- Implement change practices
- Manage internal and client resources to make sure schedule is on track
- Lead meetings and set expectations for project team
- Maintain project budget
- Reporting on projects
COMPETENCIES
- Software implementation project management experience
- Proven team leadership skills
- Expertise in conflict resolution
- Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
- Excellent client communication style
- Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Smartsheet & Microsoft Office
- Experience with legal specific software applications a plus

Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
