Estrada Consulting, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for a Senior Lead Project Manager that is PMP Certified from PMI and has previous State of California project experiences.
Education:
- Candidates will need to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering related field.
Certification:
- Candidates will need to have an active PMP certification from PMI.
Specific minimum mandatory experience which must be met and outlined in resume:
- Candidates will need to have at least three to five years of experience working for the State of California as a Consultant.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of extensive experience managing large-scale and complex IT systems and integration projects, and at least three (3) of that be in a lead capacity with responsibilities creating scope, timeframes, costs within the portfolio. Strategic and business significance of the projects within the portfolio.
- Minimum of five (5) years verifying projects as well as infrastructure business and technical requirements for organizations with projects of very large-scale, scope and complexity.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience managing large-scale multi-phased projects including: producing project schedules, status reports and project plans.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience evaluating and managing hosted, web- based or thin client projects in large scale multi-discipline environments similar in size, scope, and complexity as listed in the SOW.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience utilizing relevant programs, such as Microsoft’s Project, Excel, and Word
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience managing the design, test, and deployment of large-scale multi-site technical projects.
- Must have excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse personalities, top writing skills, ability to want to resolve problems and not see it as a limitation to get the work done.
