This position will be working with the Director and Manager of Clinical software development on the definition of software project and execution, maintain the project documentation, coordinate resources, perform risk assessments to minimize project risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will also work with the developers to come up with estimates and project timelines and resource allocation. Coordinate deployments schedules and changes managements. Use Jira to create projects and add stories and tasks and developer assignations. Work with scrum master to keep projects on time. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Interface with other groups for multi-departmental project
Education Training Certifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
- Six years in Project Management experience may be substituted for the degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Suitable applicants will have experience in Project management using Jira, Confluence and MS SQL
2+ years – Agile Project Management and risk assessment.
2+ years – Jira Administration (not server management)
2+ years – Confluence Administration
2+ years – Atlassian product integration
2+ years – writing software documentation
Required Skills:
- Experience in risk management
- Experience in change management
- Proficient in Jira and confluence configuration
- Ability to work independently in project-oriented environment
- Ability to learn new software and expand skills to provide support for industry specific applications and technology
- Strong organizational skills.
