ADEC is looking for a sharp, dedicated IT Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing and managing data processing requirements that will provide system capabilities required for projected workloads, plan layout and installation of new systems or modification of existing systems by performing the following duties (duties may vary and is not a complete list):
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- Act as data custodian for internal and Customer data, and apply appropriate controls to guarantee its Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
- Manage subcontracted IT staff as applicable.
- Interface with customers in a sales, production and support roles.
- Support and coordinate with other ADEC Innovationsâ companies as needed and required.
- Monitor performance to and implement processes to meet or exceed customer contractual requirements.
- Compliance management (i.e. software licensing/audits) for IT related issues.
- Attain monthly KPI goals through monitoring and analysis of data, when failures arise implement any necessary adjustments based on the findings.
Work Environment
The position operates in a professional office environment as well as occasional travel may be required. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Education and Experience
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field and at least one year management experience.
- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data center management and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Ability to manage personnel.
