The House Manager supervises, evaluates, and monitors the work of the direct care staff and clients. House Managers must possess a minimum of one year paid child care experience and 3 years of any combination of the following: paid child care or related social services experience, or post high school education in social work or related field. Managers must have met all of the qualifications of a Manager as well as have working knowledge and the ability to carry out the duties and responsibilities of all subordinate positions. Managers are required to be approved drivers on our insurance policy. Must pass a motor vehicle records check to be cleared as a driver.
