We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Hospitality Project Manager who is willing to learn and actively participate in all projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage several ongoing hospitality projects simultaneously and ensure that the projects are completed on time and on budget and close out projects with high customer satisfaction scores.

The Hospitality Project Manager will have excellent problem-solving skills, good communications skills, and be organized, efficient and responsible to the needs of internal and external clients alike. This position will report to the Senior Project Manager and will have responsibility for the oversight and management of any assigned hospitality projects.

Only candidates with construction experience will be considered. Hospitality background is a required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hospitality renovation projects from start to finish
  • Evaluate client project documents to determine project needs
  • Prepare project costing and project reports
  • Manage hospitality project financials
  • Prepare estimates and all necessary information for proposals and bids
  • Ensure that project proposals are submitted to clients on time
  • Review project status with clients and management
  • Establish schedule for each phase of the project
  • Monitor and coordinate project details to ensure progress is completed on schedule and within budget
  • Prepare RFIs and proposal requirements for contractors and vendors
  • Assign appropriate labor, personnel and other resources to projects
  • Continuously monitor the project timeline
  • Communicate project requirements to project team members
  • Create project related reports for clients, team members, and management
  • Review status reports prepared by project personnel
  • Modify schedules or plans as required
  • Ensure that client invoices are issued in a timely manner
  • Ensure prompt payments from clients
  • Ensure contractors and vendors are paid on time
  • Ensure the accuracy of all project related documents
  • Manage assigned Project Coordinators and Project Superintendents
  • Other tasks as assigned
