    The hotel general manager is a hands one position ensuring an exceptional customer experience and employee moral. As a general manager you be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall upkeep of the property including maintenance, housekeeping and front desk. Managers are on the expected to be available in all positions to assist department heads, and to lead by example.
