The Role
The Director, Solution Marketing will focus on building 1904labs brand through integrated and engaging marketing strategies, informative and authoritative content, and human-centered design. They will use a variety of strategies and mediums to provide insight into the customer journey, show our empathy for their pain points and display the impact of 1904labs solutions. Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing leader with excellent writing skills and experience sitting alongside subject matter experts and clients alike to help us tell these compelling stories. Initially this role will be an individual contributor position which we hope to evolve into a leadership position as we continue to grow the organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated, audience-centric marketing strategy that supports 1904labs marketing and business objectives
- Apply client, user and technology insights to develop compelling value propositions and drive content creation for 1904labs brand awareness.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to build content strategies that engage target audiences across multiple customer touch points to deliver a consistent story and brand experience
- Develop deep understanding of market through customer interactions, market visits & market research.
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies including website management, email campaigns, search engine marketing and social media content.
- Create marketing initiatives to ensure messaging is on point and business objectives are being met.
- Develop content distribution and engagement strategies that integrate key strategic messages throughout the customer journey.
- Define and measure and analyze KPIs to drive continuous optimization.
- Develop and manage marketing budget
Desired Skills
- 8+ years of hands on experience
- Energized by opportunities to dig into ambiguity and find ways to tell complex stories that highlights impact we create for our clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues in order to tell compelling stories.
- Highly organized and deadline-oriented
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or journalism is preferred
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus
