A North Phoenix based real estate brokerage has a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a Director of Property Management who is able to oversee a medium sized property management firm.
The right person for the opportunity will be someone who has a proven track record of successfully managing a team and holds themselves to the highest ethical standard.
Job Description:

• Oversee revenue growth in accordance with company’s goals. Ensure expenses are maintained at the company’s approved percent of income.
• Ensure company’s systems and processes are followed by all team members.
• Manage the following departments within the company: Inside sales, outside sales, field services reps, receptionist, office manager, accounting, human resources, and the open house team.

Job Requirements:

• Active real estate broker license in Arizona or willing to obtain one in the first 30 days after hire.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Professional designations strongly preferred–CPM, RPM, MPM, CRPM.
• Amazing attitude – cheerful and confident. Impeccable personal appearance.
• Ability to work onsite daily in a busy North Phoenix office and maintain a professional atmosphere. Must show previous experience successfully managing a team of at least 15 team members including overseas, in the field workers, and onsite workers.
• Confident using multiple platforms of technology. Have a STRONG basis in working with Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Rently, Appfolio, Propertyware, Quickbooks, and CRM software.
• Become Certified in any software the company utilizes to service clients.
• Be THE ambassador for the company’s mission, vision, and unique selling proposition.
• Pass a background test and credit check.

Compensation:

• This is a salary position with a base salary of $60,000 per year. Quarterly bonus structure includes production bonuses for new business acquisition, client retention, company reputation, and profit and loss. Potential to earn $150,000+.
