Within the Dean?s Office, the Senior Associate Dean is responsible for all activities related to the College?s academic programs, research activities, faculty, and staff. This position reports directly to the Senior Associate Dean and provides insight, leadership, and management for academic planning, accreditation, and assessment activities within the Belk College of Business.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university and at least three years of higher education program, project, or accreditation experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Knowledge of student learning outcomes assessment practices in higher education and accreditation experience is essential. Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to exercise high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external constituencies is required.
