Bethany of the Northwest is looking for a Chief Executive Officer.

Bethany Northwest, is non-profit icon of the healthcare industry in the Northwest for nearly 100 years, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer. Bethany of the Northwest Corporate offices are located near Silver Lake in Everett, WA. We are a multi-location organization with 262 beds for skilled and sub-acute nursing and 58 assisted living beds. Bethany has a reputation for quality care and a commitment to the dignity of all its residents. We work closely with the tertiary Providence Regional Medical Center and the large multi-specialty Everett Clinic. Bethany is independently governed by a Board of Trustees and loosely affiliated with a consortium of local Lutheran Churches, Bethany has 450 full and part-time employees. We are continually looking at ways to transform our healthcare delivery by expanding our offerings, services and partnerships. We are seeking a CEO who is a visionary and an innovative thinker that has a track-record of executing visions and innovation and can motivate, inspire and lead Bethany into the future.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have experience in managing change, strong commitment to quality, overseeing capital projects, government relation, and developing a collaborative and motivated staff. Experience in managing corporate culture is vital. They will have an advanced degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
