Overview
As a Business Analyst AVP on our Technology team, you will be part of the Production Integrity team. You will be a cornerstone of this area responsible for the impartial oversight of Performance and Risk associated with our core Production Technology Services. The group’s goal is to use your expertise in support of the organization to deliver consistent best practices. Your passion and knowledge will assure high quality and performance in execution while balancing and protecting the Banks technology services. You will be an enabler who will own generation of digitalized analytical outputs and the goal is to allow you to feel empowered to deliver on these objectives.

Your Role
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain an extended network of key reporting & analytics stakeholders across Safety & Soundness and Group CIO
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand opportunities, challenges and how data supports their requirements, evaluate appropriateness in line with Group CIO and Production Integrity strategies and manage expectation of delivery timelines
- Development of insights, metrics and reports to better demonstrate performance and risks of our production environments
- Seek opportunities to reduce duplicative efforts across the organisation, delivering valuable products that promote the adoption of enterprise reporting solutions and consolidating & standardising our existing portfolio of reports
- Ensure robust monitoring of data quality management and associated activities to drive accuracy and timeliness with responsible parties
- Active participation in various meeting and video conference forums as it relates to the services and strategy for the DIA function
Skills You’ll Need:
- High proficiency in data module, transformation, mining and exploration
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix structures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, transform, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of effective data visualization
