Bilingual Chinese Executive Assistant to CEO and HR
Responsibilities:
Perform office admin support for CEO including but not limited to:
- Manage email
- Assistant CEO in daily work
- Manage business and personal calendar
- Travel planning & booking
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Research when support is needed
- Schedule, confirm and prepare meetings, events, conference rooms and conference calls
- Calmly and efficiently manage priority and scheduling changes as they occur
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Maintain contact lists
- Track, monitor and follow up on the progress of open action items
- Respond promptly to CEO calls and inquiries
- Accurately capture key action items to ensure nothing falls through the crack
- HR related works
Qualifications:
- Bilingual ability in Mandarin Chinese and English is required
- 2 Years’ minimum experience as an Executive Assistant
- 1 year minimum HR experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Must be independent with good management skills
- Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Ability to handle deadlines and stressful situations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and demands
Benefits:
- Salary: Base of $4,000-6000 per month plus bonus/commission
- Health Insurance provided after 3 month probation period.
