Personal Assistant needed for two creative executives in healthcare. You will be responsible for filling in the gaps of execution on a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, receptionist at health care office, social media posting and strategy, marketing, event planning, and, of course, other personal assistant tasks.

Must be available for hours Monday thru Friday between 8:30 am – 8:30 pm. Weekends and evenings may happen too, but not regularly. Starting 10-15 hours per week, and if you’re good and can handle more, this position caps at 40 hours per week.

Must be open-minded, willing to learn, and easily trainable. Be a great communicator, both in-person and in modern written formats. Win over my clients with your friendliness and personality, but maintain a high level of integrity and customer service. Be able to hold your boss accountable so stuff gets done. Must be delightful.

Personal and Business Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Pick-ups/Drop offs (must have a car and know how to navigate Milwaukee streets)
  • Schedule and budget management tasks like booking appointments (personal and business), running errands (both business and personal)
  • Social media tasks like Snapchat, instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
  • Personal assistant type tasks like running personal errands (grocery, drugstore, etc.), helping organize and keep tidy (home and business)
  • WORKING AROUND AND WITH KIDS part-time.

Musts:

  • Be detail oriented and great at juggling lots of tasks
  • Great at following directions willingly and happily – listen and learn!
  • Passionate about healthcare and childcare
  • Dynamic personality, can-do attitude
  • A team player and willing to jump in on any task (business and personal)
  • Has a car and is confident driving in Milwaukee
  • Has a phone

  • Can expertly navigate social media platforms like Snapchat, instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and WordPress blog
  • Willing and able to work long days during the week and flexible if weekend tasks are needed which won’t be too often
