We are looking for a Vice President Sales Operations to join our Sales division. Your job will be to improve how effective we are at acquiring, retaining and growing revenue, ensuring we’re providing the best support to enable the Sales team members to acquire, retain and grow revenue, and achieve our strategic goals. You will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer. But enough about us; let’s talk about you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying and developing cross functional strategic sales initiatives, which include, but not limited to planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales program implementation and sales compensation design
  • Align planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts with corporate objectives
  • Counsel sales leadership in sales organization structure
  • Select, implement and drive adoption of a sales force automation (SFA) platform

Typical Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of Business Operations, Sales Operations and/ or Finance experience; 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Ability to translate business objectives to sales goals and measurements
  • Proven track record of success in a sales capacity
  • Experience managing a direct team and matrixed organization
