Responsibilities:
- Maintain network and cyber security standards to meet corporate and industry requirements
- Maintain appropriate security policies and procedures governing data, networks, and application systems
- Lead the IT operations and establish strategy of the Information Technology and Design Technology teams
- Establish and maintain a structured training and communication platform for technology updates, modifications, and additions from both an operations and strategic perspective
- Manage interactions with internal business units to ensure needs and strategic progress are incorporated into direction of technology
- Develop technology capital and operation budgets and manage budget to actual reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Identify emerging technologies and analyze them for potential integration within the organization
- Oversee the technology merger integration process
- Oversee the management of third-party service providers, contracts, and software licensing compliance
- Oversee key BIM application and visualization environments
- Ensure business continuity plans are comprehensive and continuously changed and improved with the expansion of business

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with Leadership
- Enterprise experience should include the planning and management of a multi-office infrastructure, physical and virtual data center systems, voice/video/web collaboration systems, cloud and mobile application platforms, mobile devices, disaster recovery, security, remote site/home user environments, strategic planning and budgeting
- Design technology experience should include the planning and management of a BIM-centric environment, strong familiarity with visualization, sustainability and general design service delivery to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Architecture, Design or related field or equivalent work experience and 10+ yearsâ experience of Senior Management in Information or Design Technology including data center, security, wide area networks, and a BIM environment
- To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to have expertise in IT systems, security, infrastructure and experience with AEC software and hardware platforms
