This senior management leadership position will report directly to the Vice President of Strategic Business Management for the Americas and lead the Scientific Games Enhanced Partnership team. This position will also support the Vice President of Strategic Business Management for the Americas, which will target additional SGEP development opportunities. This position will oversee and manage domestic and international SGEP business development. Position will be the strategic leader overseeing implementation of new SGEP projects domestically and internationally. This position will have direct reports who are responsible for running and managing our domestic and international SGEP operations. Position will lead and work closely with the SGEP teams responsible for the four pillars of the business 1) Product Solutions (RVP/DOM), 2) Advance Logistics (Executive Director of SGEP, Sr. Directors, 3) Retailer Optimization (VP of Retail Solutions), 4) Digital Engagement, (VP of Digital).

· Provide SGEP Customer Service that meets/exceeds customer and company expectations

· Lead SGEP existing customer base strategy to align with GROW initiatives through focus on 4 pillars of SGEP

· Leads Business Development efforts to include changing business models with current customers, working on new RFP process and develop strategic direction/proposals

· Manages consolidated budgets, forecast, R&O, Ups/Downs, VIEW, Check in and other Executive management reporting for all domestic and some international SGEP customers.

· Manages the above reporting through Executive Director and Sr. Directors of SGEP subordinates

· Lead Project Accelerate “GET” and “GROW” strategic planning to develop additional SGEP customers

· Responsible for consolidated management of all SGEP sites that run inside sales and distribution facilities

· Oversees the development of strategic market/product line business plans to support sales in designated market segments

· Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities and develop strategic direction to further develop the business

· Works with all consolidated SGEP stake holders to ensure proper delivery of contract requirements and development of the 4-Pillars of SGEP

· This positions needs to travel both domestically and internationally to develop and execute SGEP contract deliverables

· Good organizational, Leadership and project management knowledge, skills and experience

· Good understanding of systems, instant tickets, operations and marketing plans

· Experience in dealing with senior level people at Lotteries and internally at SG a plus

· Communicates and works effectively with customers, outside vendors/consultants and other departments within SGI

· Strategically leads new “GET” proposals including the development of pricing decks

· Works on consolidated cost containment programs as well as revenue generation programs.

· Responsible for supporting the Vice President of SBM for the Americas with Project Accelerate

· Works with the Sales Management Team (RVP) to ensure all items are delivered to the customer

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Data Base Management, Microsoft Project

· Familiar with SGI production systems: VIEW, MAP, Composer

· Experience in data analysis and report generation

· Can budget and forecast

· Minimum of 5 years experience in the Lottery industry preferred

· 4 year degree in business or marketing a plus
