The Vice President of Customer Success is responsible for driving product adoption, customer engagement, customer health, and implementation outcomes to secure a successful renewal. This VP achieves this by providing direction to the efforts of the Customer Success team and coordinating at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functional teams within Imagine Learning to provide premier customer service, professional learning, in-person/virtual support and coaching to principals and district leadership
What you will do
- Provide best practice quality implementation training and professional learning of Imagine Learning products for teachers, coaches, and administrators at district and site level
- Create customized visits and learning events based on success level and plan
- Provide individual and team coaching to teachers using IL programs to ensure fidelity, support instruction, differentiation, and strengthen results
- Regular use of assessment and report data to individualize and differentiate instruction for further program or service needs based on coaching visits
- Work closely with district and Imagine Learning technical team members to escalate and resolve technical issues
- Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel.
- Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified personnel
- Design, support and oversee cross-functional teams throughout Imagine Learning, as requested
What you need
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills and previous experience training with technology products
- Ability to adjust on the fly, be flexible, and able to adapt to the immediate or unforeseen challenges.
- Technical expertise to include basic understanding of hardware configuration, general networking, computer and mobile operating systems
- Self-motivated and self-driven. Ability to establish priorities, maintain schedules, and manage time effectively
