We’re looking for a Vice President / Director to join the Hero Digital Client Services team. Are you passionate about CX? Do you thrive on being a trusted advisor? We are looking for an individual to own, manage, and drive profitable growth within a named account portfolio. You’ll be the right person for the job if you can:
What you’ll do

- Develop strategic client relationships with C-suite and decision makers, drive new business through consultative selling, and ensure customer satisfaction through world class CX delivery.
- Lead account planning by understanding client business goals, identifying opportunities of growth, and driving digital strategy.
- Manage accounts to target margin and support staffing and hiring decisions.
- Lead the development of proposals, estimates, and negotiate statements of work.
- Partner with Hero Digital sales teams and assist with shaping new business opportunities leveraging Hero Digital’s unique value proposition. Participate in new business pitches and facilitate client communication.
- Mentor and develop junior team members and the next line of leadership in Client Services.
- Represent Hero Digital leadership at conferences and seminars by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers.
Who you are

- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: business, marketing, communications, engineering, or computer science. MBA is preferred.
- You have a real passion for digital transformation and positioning yourself as a thought leader in front of clients.
- You have 12+ years of account management experience and proven results growing new relationships into long-term partnerships.
- A demonstrated, broad understanding of the digital landscape (UX and design, MarTech platforms and development, digital marketing, online advertising, analytics, media, etc).
- The bulk of your experience is in a consultancy environment.
- You’re flexible with change; you are able to react quickly in order to assess a challenge and implement the best solutions.
- Intellectually curious and motivated to stay up-to-date on industry structure, trends, initiatives, and issues.
- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills. You have the ability to command a room not only with clients, but also with your own team.
