Trilogy Health Services headquartered in Louisville, KY with over 100 health campus locations throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio is looking to appoint a talented and highly experienced Senior Vice President-Chief Human Resource Officer who will lead a strong HR team and HR initiatives that support our company’s mission and growth.

What you’ll be doing:
The CHRO will enhance our Trilogy Employee Experience agenda that enables the company’s talent management objectives to attract, engage and retain a high-performing collaborative workforce. He/she will strengthen our company’s HRIS, possess solid communication skills. S/he will provide strategic leadership and operational management of all HR and human capital management initiatives, creating alignment with the mission, vision, values, goals and overall culture of Trilogy.


Specifically, the high level responsibilities for the CHRO include the following:
  • Leads HR initiatives to drive the Employee Experience and effectively communicates and supports t Company’s mission, vision, values in an open and transparent way
  • Develops and executes HR strategy for building an efficient, effective and scalable operational HR environment to support the continued growth and expansion of the Company
  • Drives results that exceeds departmental, company and customer expectations by delivering high-value HR services

What We’re Looking For:

Our CHRO will be a progressive and courageous HR leader who can build equity with senior leadership and drive industry leading initiatives as the business, industry and talent base evolve. With a multi-site, multi-state, and diverse workforce, developing a common HR framework based on Trilogy’s Employee Experience will be critical to promoting cultural consistency and ensuring the company’s values are front and center in every decision.


Positions Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, accounting or equivalent from an accredited university or college
  • Master’s degree, MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
  • One of more certifications in related HR disciplines is required (PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, CEBS)
  • Fifteen (15) plus years of direct experience managing all HR disciplines, including organizational development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, learning and development, and HR management
  • Five (5) plus years as VP of HR reporting to a CEO or executive leader in a multi-state, multi-site company;
  • Experience in a health care setting preferred
  • Creating alignment across a multi-site, multi-state health care company, bringing employees together under a cohesive cultural and business strategy
  • Building and scaling HR systems, programs, and processes in a complex environment; hands-on experience with HRIS software; experience with ADP preferred
  • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Extraordinary COMMUNICATION skills
