Manage a portfolio of projects across several Operations Technology towers for the multi-year “Super Application Modernization” program – project scope includes adopting cloud, modernizing applications, resolving technical infrastructure and application breaks, and migrating applications to new data centers

Monitor project and program progress by driving end to end infrastructure and application deliverables, regularly tracking the budget, and managing issue resolution and risk mitigation as necessary

Collect and analyze data, and act on discrepancies or issues within the Demand Management, Financials, and Planning activities of the portfolio and for specific projects

Communicate effectively with application teams, program teams, and management regarding project or program status and impediments

Work with application teams and Demand Management to ensure projects are properly prioritized and scheduled in the application’s book of work

Navigate a very large group of application teams and co suppliers, and identify creative approaches to obtain key data points and updates
This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience managing and/or directing project/program management activities for complex technology projects
- Self-starter with a proven track record in technology program and project management, process development and implementation
- Experience with and advanced understanding of Clarity, Project Pipeline, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Experience within PMO, BMO/F&BM, and/or Demand Management across application development and/or infrastructure related projects desired
- Ability to lead project independently- managing resources, risks, variances and financials, while reporting back to program
- Ability to quickly foster relationships and collaborate with application development teams and other stakeholders
- Ability to operate within an agile and ambiguous team-oriented environment, identifying potential efficiencies across the teams
- Excellent project management fundamentals including meeting preparation, meeting reporting and immediate ability to escalate project risks when required
